Objective

To strengthen the capacities of subsistence farmers and fishers to improve indigenous agricultural and protein production systems, making them more sustainable and resilient to climate change and to contribute with them to the NDCs in the national agricultural, marine coastal, and adaptation policies of Guatemala and Panama.

Beneficiaries

600 Garifuna, Kaqchikel and Eqchi Maya farmers and fishermen from Guatemala and Gunas from Panama (48% women)
