Objective

The main purpose of this diploma is to familiarise extension technicians with climate change and to learn about its causes and consequences. In addition, they will be able to propose solutions adapted to the specific environment in which they live and adopt individual measures to limit its impact.

Expected Results

1.Developing climate awareness

Develop climate awareness to understand and prepare for future climate scenarios to which we will need to adapt.

 

2.Building capacity on climate change mitigation

Develop capacities to transfer in the simplest way possible to coffee producers on climate change mitigation and adaptation technologies appropriate to the productive area of the beneficiary.

3.Knowledge and planning

Learn about processes for territorial planning against climate change, based on a diagnosis of climate vulnerability.
