On Thursday 17 June, a virtual regional exchange session took place to address the integration of adaptation as a dimension in long-term climate strategies (LTCS) in Latin America.
El evento fue organizado por la Fundación Internacional y para Iberoamérica de Administración y Políticas Públicas (FIIAPP) como parte del Programa EUROCLIMA+ y en el marco de la iniciativa “Colaboración Regional en la transparencia y cumplimiento de Contribuciones Nacionalmente Determinadas y generación de capacidades para Estrategias Climáticas de Largo Plazo”.
The event was organised by the International and Ibero-America Foundation for Administration and Public Policy (FIIAPP) as part of the EUROCLIMA+ Programme and in the framework of the initiative "Regional Collaboration on Transparency and Compliance with Nationally Determined Contributions and Capacity Building for Long Term Climate Strategies".
The session was attended by some 28 representatives of the governments of Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Uruguay, countries that form part of the initiative, as well as Panama, Peru and Honduras, countries that were also invited to participate.
