The Ministry of Environment (MMA) is the State agency in charge of collaborating with the President of the Republic on the design and application of policies, plans and programmes in environmental matters, as well as on the protection and conservation of biological diversity and natural resources.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Chancellery) is the governing body of the Administrative Sector of Foreign Affairs and it is responsible, under the direction of the President of the Republic, for formulating, planning, coordinating, executing and evaluating Colombia's foreign policy, international relations and administering the Republic's foreign service.
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment is the Cuban agency in charge of directing, executing and controlling State and Government policy regarding science, technology, environment and the use of nuclear energy, fostering the coherent integration of these in the sustainable development of the country.
