Governmental entity in charge of administration of the NDCs
Interministerial Committee, MESA National Contribution - INDC, with the Ministries of Environment, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Energy and Agriculture. Also the ministries of Transport and Telecommunications and Mining.
To this must be added the creation of the Permanent Presidential Advisory Commission on Climate Change.
