Pilot project for the integration of cyclists in Puebla’s Bus Rapid Transit System

Objective
Facilitate conditions for users of the Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT) to combine the use of this service with cycling, and generate incentives to encourage the choice of journeys in modes other than private vehicles
Challenges in the region

- The RUTA system currently has bicycle parking at only two terminals and in one stop on Line 1, representing 4% of the total number of passenger boarding and alighting points on both lines of the system
